LIGHT THIS CITY Completes Debut Video

February 8, 2007

Fresh off a string of support dates alongside label mates ALL THAT REMAINS, San Francisco Bay Area thrashers LIGHT THIS CITY have just confirmed a support slot on an upcoming two-week tour with fellow California bands THE FACELESS and ANTAGONIST. Having spent the bulk of late 2006 touring in support of the band's latest album, "Facing the Thousand", LIGHT THIS CITY will also appear at the second annual California Metalfest alongside TESTAMENT, FLOTSAM AND JETSAM, SADUS and labelmates BENEATH THE MASSACRE and THE FUNERAL PYRE over the fest's two days. Details can be found online at link text

LIGHT THIS CITY completed filming for the band's first music video at the end of January in Los Angeles, California with director Soren for the track "The Unwelcome Savior". "It was an amazing experience, and we felt honored to work with someone who has so much experience capturing the intensity of this style of music," the band commented via the LIGHT THIS CITY MySpace page. "What we saw of the video looked stunning, and we can't wait for it to make its online and television debut!"
